ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Carolyn has been an
established artist since 1960. Her studio is in Gainesville Florida. This is
where she honed her skills as a portrait oil painter.
Her oil portraits of former university presidents, professors and department
heads currently hang on the walls of the University of Florida One of these
honored professionals, the renowned Dr. Robert Cade the researcher and inventor
of “Gatorade”. This oil painting of Dr. Cade also included props in the
background that tell a story.
There are scientist’s beakers that signify his science research and the bottle
of “Gatorade” which he invented. This is an example of how oils can be made
original to each individual.
Shands Medical Center displays more of Carolyn’s oils. Highly honored medical
professionals and benefactors hang on the walls in commemoration and gratitude
for their outstanding work accomplishments.
Carolyn’s oils are
highly revered among many business professionals. She paints for law firms,
